CraigsAlert Notification update

I downloaded and purchased a 1 year license for this app mainly because it shows an Update of every 20 minutes to check for new adds while running in the background.
So far it has updated twice. Once showed it was over 11 hours since the last update and the one this morning showed it had not checked for anything since YESTERDAY.
Until they get the update time fixed or make it a user selectable time I DO NOT RECOMMEND it to anyone.
