Finally an alert app that works

I have tried a few alert apps but they were buggy or fell short in a number of other ways. Craigsalert is easy to set up (once you got the hang of it), and delivers a stream of alert like I never saw before. I was the first to respond on a few items, and it helped me close on some sweet deals.
